Nautic Distributor Refund Policy

We understand that you may need to return or exchange an item you have purchased from our online store. We want to make this process as simple and convenient as possible for you.

Return Policy

We accept returns of most items purchased from our online store within 7 days of the purchase date. Items must be in new, unused condition and in the original packaging.

Exceptions to the Return Policy

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Custom-made items
  • Items that have been used or damaged

To Return an Item

To return an item, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at to request a return authorization number (RMA).
  2. Please include the following information in your request:
    • Your name
    • Your order number
    • The item you are returning
    • The reason for your return
  3. Once you have received an RMA, an email will be sent for shipping address to which you must send the product.

  1. Please include a copy of your RMA with your return.


Once we have received your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to be processed.


If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the same steps as for returning an item. Once we have received your returned item, we will ship you the exchange item.

Shipping Costs

You are responsible for the cost of shipping your returned item to us. We will pay for the shipping of the exchange item to you.
